Someone looked at me and said, \u201cYou\u2019re pursuing a PhD while running a company? That\u2019s crazy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n And honestly, I understand why it sounds that way.<\/p>\n We live in a world where the most common advice is “Focus\u00a0on one thing.\u201d<\/em> But here\u2019s where I see it differently.<\/p>\n There\u2019s a dangerous assumption that learning and building are separate activities.<\/p>\n They are not.<\/p>\n Especially in today\u2019s world\u00a0 and even more in tech\u00a0 learning is<\/strong> building.<\/p>\n Artificial Intelligence is redefining industries at an unprecedented pace. So the real question is:<\/p>\n How can you build for the future if you\u2019ve stopped learning in the present?<\/strong><\/p>\n If I stop learning today, then everything I teach tomorrow becomes outdated.<\/p>\n And that\u2019s a responsibility I take seriously.<\/p>\n Because teaching yesterday\u2019s knowledge in today\u2019s world is not just ineffective \u2014 it\u2019s dangerous.<\/p>\n It leaves people unprepared for the realities they will face.<\/p>\n And I refuse to be part of that.<\/p>\n Let me be clear:<\/p>\n This PhD is not about prestige. It\u2019s about staying ahead.<\/p>\n It\u2019s about ensuring that the knowledge I share, the systems I build, and the people I mentor are equipped for what\u2019s coming\u00a0 not what has already passed.<\/p>\n At Webbiit and within this community, I believe leadership is not about instruction \u2014 it\u2019s about demonstration.<\/p>\n If I ask you to learn, grow, and push your limits, then I must be doing the same.<\/p>\n Always.<\/p>\n Because the truth is simple:<\/p>\n You cannot inspire growth if you\u2019ve stopped growing.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Learning is not something you complete.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not a phase of life.<\/p>\n It\u2019s a standard.<\/p>\n A standard you choose.
